AI is an intelligent tool. And any tool is as great as the human using it.
At Osman Academy, we teach humans the knowledge and wisdom to build production-grade AI systems that align with human interests to make this world a more peaceful and prosperous place to live for everyone.
Our Teaching Philosophy
We believe the most effective way to learn AI is to own the learning process: stay curious, do the thinking yourself, and never let AI think for you. As you learn, ask yourself one question: could I teach what I just learned to my family or friends? If yes, move on. If not, keep working until you can. To help you get there, we built our curriculum on two foundations, Knowledge and Wisdom, taught through a 4-step cognitive process. Knowledge comes from the coursework: lessons, guides, and practice. Wisdom comes from the doing: role-play, assignments, and projects.
Learn
Watch the lesson, then clarify the concept with reading and visual guides until the idea is solid.
Practice
Check what you recall, then rehearse the skill in a guided, low-risk setting with real feedback.
Apply
Put judgment to the test in role-play scenarios and realistic assignments — the kind of decisions you'd actually face outside the course.
Master
Prove it through a capstone project that puts everything you've learned, knowledge and wisdom both, to work.
About Our Team
Osman Academy is a unique family initiative, and each of us covers a different piece of what it takes to teach AI well. Osman built production-grade AI systems and handles the technology. Firdous does the instructional design, so it actually sticks. Bari has run business operations and knows how AI gets used on the ground. Same family, three fields, one goal: getting you AI-fluent.

Practical AI Skills Program
Beginners face AI uncertainty: too much information, no clear place to start. This program gives you four ordered learning paths, from AI Fundamentals to AI Architecture, each one written from scratch by people who've actually built production AI systems. By the end, you can design and build a complete AI system yourself.
4 Learning Paths, Beginner to Advanced
Start with AI Fundamentals and move up through Associate, Developer, and Architect — each one builds on the last, so you always know your next step.
A Portfolio Employers Notice
You'll leave with 6–15 real projects, each polished with our help, so your portfolio does the talking in interviews.
The Skills That Actually Get You Hired
Live sessions with working tech professionals cover the soft skills — communication, framing your work, interviewing — that separate 'knows AI' from 'gets hired'.
A Community That Has Your Back
Stuck on something? Our discussion forums are full of professionals ready to help. You're never doing this alone.

AI Fundamentals
What AI is, how it works conceptually, and how the landscape fits together. No math, no code.

AI Associate
Everyday professional AI skills — prompting, evaluating output, integrating AI into real work. No coding needed.

AI Developer
Integrating AI into real applications through code, tools, and APIs.

AI Architect
Designing full AI systems for production use, across two levels.
Frequently asked questions
Who should join these programs?
[Draft] Anyone who wants to build real, usable AI skills — whether you're starting from zero or already using AI at work and want to do it properly. The four paths cover different starting points.
Do I need a technical background?
[Draft] Not for AI Fundamentals or AI Associate — no coding required. AI Developer and AI Architect assume progressively more technical experience.
What will I be able to do afterwards?
[Draft] Structure an AI task properly, judge whether the output holds up, and apply it to real work. Each course ends with a portfolio capstone — a real artifact you can show.
How are the courses delivered?
[Draft] Recorded video courses hosted on Udemy, taken at your own pace. Where useful, live group sessions run in local communities: watch the course together, then open discussion.
What do the courses cost?
[Draft] Pricing is being finalized. AI Fundamentals opens first — the other three paths are marked "Coming soon" until they're ready.
Do I get a certificate?
[Draft] Not from Osman Academy — Udemy tracks course completion. What you take away is the capstone artifact and the skills themselves.
When will the courses be available?
[Draft] AI Associate publishes first, with the others following in sequence. Each is built and tested before release rather than rushed out.
Who teaches these courses?
[Draft] Osman Academy is a family initiative. Osman Mohammed (12+ years software engineering, Big 4 consulting delivery) builds and teaches the technical material; Abdul Bari Mohammed (15+ years business process development) and Firdous Osman (instructional designer, ex-high school teacher and department head) shape how it's applied and how it's taught. Every lesson is written from scratch.
What if the course isn't right for me?
[Draft — verify against Udemy's current refund policy before publishing] Purchases are handled by Udemy and covered by their refund policy.
