This policy explains what happens to your information when you visit osmanacademy.ai (the "Site"), operated by Osman Academy ("we," "our," "us"). It's written in plain language on purpose — there's no complex data operation behind this Site, and we'd rather tell you that clearly than bury it in boilerplate.
osmanacademy.ai is a static marketing site. As of this writing, it does not use cookies, analytics scripts, tracking pixels, or advertising technology, and it has no sign-up forms, contact forms, or user accounts of its own. Browsing the Site does not require you to submit any personal information to us.
Like any website, our hosting provider (GitHub Pages) and the underlying internet infrastructure may automatically log standard technical information — such as IP address, browser type, and request timestamps — as part of normal web server operation. We don't access or use these logs ourselves, and they exist independent of anything we control on this Site.
Courses referenced on this Site are hosted, sold, and delivered through Udemy, a separate third-party learning platform. When you enroll in or purchase a course, you leave osmanacademy.ai and interact directly with Udemy's platform. Any personal data you provide at that point — such as your name, email, payment details, and course progress — is collected and processed by Udemy under Udemy's own privacy policy, not this one. We encourage you to review Udemy's privacy policy before enrolling.
If you email us directly (for example, at support@osmanacademy.ai), we'll have access to whatever information you choose to include in that email — such as your name and email address — solely to respond to you. We don't use direct email contact for marketing and won't share it with third parties except where required by law.
This Site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18 through the Site itself.
Since this Site doesn't hold an account or profile for you, there's typically nothing of yours for us to delete on the Site side. If you've contacted us directly and want that correspondence deleted, email support@osmanacademy.ai and we'll delete it within one month, except where we're required to keep records for legal or accounting purposes. For data held by Udemy (enrollment, payment, course progress), requests should go through Udemy directly, as they control that data.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, including as the Site adds new features. Any changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of the Site after such changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
