These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of osmanacademy.ai (the "Site"), operated by Osman Academy ("we," "our," "us"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.
The Site is provided to give you information about Osman Academy's Practical AI Skills Program. You may browse the Site freely. You agree not to misuse the Site — for example, by attempting to disrupt its operation, scraping it at scale, or using it for any unlawful purpose.
osmanacademy.ai does not process payments, sign-ups, or enrollments directly. All course purchases happen on Udemy, a separate platform, which has its own terms of service and checkout process. Where the Site links or refers you to a course, that link takes you to Udemy, and your purchase there is a separate agreement between you and Udemy (and, through Udemy, with us as the course instructor). Courses are sold as one-time payments — there are no subscriptions, recurring billing, or installment plans associated with Osman Academy courses.
Unless otherwise noted, all content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, and the underlying page code — is the property of Osman Academy or its licensors, and is protected by applicable copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may view and share pages of this Site for personal, non-commercial purposes, but you may not reproduce, redistribute, or reuse Site content for commercial purposes without our written permission.
This Site may link to third-party websites, including Udemy. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Visiting a linked site is at your own discretion and risk, and is governed by that site's own terms.
The Site itself does not offer user accounts, logins, or stored profiles. Any account you create to take a course is created directly with Udemy and is governed by Udemy's terms, not these Terms.
